Do You Think That Virus, Worm & Trojan Horse are Same ??

Do you know about virus ? Of course, yes ! Virus not only attack in human body, but can attack in our computer. Virus of computer is computer’s program that can copied their self to damage the computer.
Some characteristics of computer that already infected by virus are :
• operation system works very slow
• often be restart
• some folder will be doubled.

We also often heard about virus, worm and Trojan horse. Most of us think that all are same. But in the fact, that are actually different.

Virus is a small program that can copied their self by infected or spread file program which is can executed or program which is there in a saving media like Hardisk, CD-R, etc. Virus can infected file which is can not executed too, usually called data file. It do by marcos (simple program that used to do a command). So, virus has ability to stick and contaminate the program.

While Worm is a program that can duplicated their self, but can not categoried as a virus. Because it duplicated their self without infected the other program. Worm can be spread through exchange data by hardisc, disket or e-mail. Generally, worm is not damagely. But, actually, beside annoying the victim, worm also can make work’s burden of mailserver decreased. Not only in maliserver, it also can happen with our computer. Because Worm can duplicated it self in computer’s memory in great amount ! The example of worm : file executable (extended by EXE or SCR) and in script form like visual basic (VBscript).

And the last is Trojan Horse. Trojan Horse the program that look like valid or normal program. But, in fact, that program have certain code which is has bad effect to the computer. Tojan can not spread as fast as virus, because Trojan can not copied it self automatically. Trojan horse can work together with virus in the spreaded it self. Trojan can be used to infected a computer with virus. For the first time, Trojan found on 1986 in form of shareware or usually called PC-Write. Therefore, the user must determine his/her shareware free of Trojan by install firewall or antivirus in the computer system.

Berners-Lee appreciated as the creator of Internet. Web world that have been created by himself already gave great changes for all people in this world quickly.

That’s all began on 1989. Berners-Lee made a proposal for global hypertext production, that would be named World Wide Web (WWW). On that time, the comn louder of Physics Faculty Queen’s College, Oxford University, London was working in the office of erudite data distribution CERN in Jenewa, Swiss.

He was starting his project on October 1990. Twelve months later, WWW could be runed in CERN environment. On summer 1991, WWW have been opening widely in network of internet.

During spanning year of 1991 until 1993, Berners-Lee continued to make web to be showed optimally. He made scheme for web pages and coordinated all inputs from internet users. He also knowing as the first man who made browser, server, and protocol key for internet. His work’s result in URL address production, HTTP using, and HTML code proven succeed and can be greatprogress in development of web technology.

Because of his commendable, Berners-Lee appreciated Millenium Technology Prize in Helsinky, Finlandia on Juny 15th, 2007. That appreciated is the first time of present equal to US$ 1,2 million (is about 10,4 billion rupiah) for Berners-Lee.
